Terms of Use

CoSign connects creators with brands. Creators apply and, once verified, are listed and matched with brand briefs. Brands submit briefs and receive a curated shortlist. CoSign is a marketplace and facilitator, it is not your employer, agent, or a guarantor of any deal.

Listing costs ₹499 per month as a recurring subscription, charged through our payment processor (Razorpay). You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current paid month and does not refund the current month except as set out in our Refund Policy.

Being listed does not guarantee any deals, any number of briefs, or any earnings. We match you with briefs that fit your profile; we do not promise outcomes.

When a brand deal is sourced and closed through CoSign, a commission of 15% applies to the amount the brand pays you for that deal. The commission is a contract term on each deal. It is not collected at signup and nothing is taken from a payment until that payment is made to you.

Deals you source independently of CoSign are not subject to this commission. You agree not to take a brand relationship introduced through CoSign off-platform to avoid the commission.

We verify every profile by hand against its live accounts before approval. You confirm that the follower counts, engagement figures, and other information you provide are accurate. Providing false or misleading data may result in rejection, or removal without refund if discovered after listing.

If a creator is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide their details and consent to the child's participation. The guardian is responsible for the account and accepts these terms on the child's behalf.

Submitting a brief is free and creates no obligation. Shortlists are curated recommendations. You are responsible for your own campaign decisions and for complying with applicable advertising and disclosure rules.

You are responsible for the content you create and must follow applicable law, platform rules, and advertising standards (including disclosure of paid partnerships). We may remove any profile that breaches these terms.

CoSign is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or the acts of any brand or creator. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of the operator's registered jurisdiction.
